fixed a bug that let anyone sign up as superadmin through not filling in a password on the login screen (thankfully contained to /liberty/, so no access to the dashboard or anything, but you could still see ips and delete and ban posters). thanks to an adrian on xitter (nthe05) for pointing this out to me

i found out why attachments didnt display properly 💀💀💀💀💀💀 turns out i forgot to rename the working directory (i couldve done either that or changed the apache2 config but i was too lazy to do the latter so here we go)
